This is a list of current regressions in Mozilla Firefox:

  • 324961 - live bookmark is shown in UTF8 even if should be ISO-8859-1
  • 328230 - temporary duplicate "From ..." item in bookmark menu after import
  • 311798 - Feedback line in bookmark menu during drag-and-drop is gone

  • 328270 - User can't navigate to menu item "Navigation Toolbar" with orca open
• Extension/Theme Manager
  • 307358 - Missing notification after auto-check finds updates to Extensions
  • 327650 - Locales not displayed in the Extension Manager UI

  • 299372 - Content-Disposition headers no longer looked at for Save Link As filename, so it uses e.g. "attachment.cgi" in bugzilla instead of the name of the attachment; Save Page As works fine

  • 252371 - incremental find/search in page does not find/highlight text in textarea/form/edit/text entry boxes

  • 328164 - OK on POSTDATA dialog doesn't submit form

  • 327639 - Closing tab with Java applet hangs browser
  • 314755 - sanitization at shutdown sometimes fails (resulting in a confirmation dialog for clearing private data when firefox starts)

  • 311488 - Shift-Del does not remove elements in the dialog boxes like V1.0 did.

  • 325737 - Delete (backspace) should not clobber autocomplete entries on Mac
  • 324184 - drag & Drop bookmark into locationbar loads url+title
• Menus
  • 320998 - Crash [@ 0xfffeff20 / 0xfffeff18] (often @CFDictionaryAddValue) when selecting an item from a menu
• Migration
  • 316995 - When migrating from Internet Explorer some of the passwords are not migrated
  • 317033 - Can't use SSL after import from Internet Explorer.
• Password Manager
  • 222589 - Password manager only stores password plus one other field
  • 234770 - Only one login/password is remembered for a site, l/p for subsite are not remembered
  • 258543 - Disabling form autocomplete prevents selecting from multiple saved logins
• Places
  • 327364 - Toolbar customization has changed
• Plugin Finder Service
  • 328365 - Plugin finder gets stuck at license agreement (next button is disabled)
• RSS Discovery and Preview
  • 323537 - Cached page opened in new window doesn't get feed autodiscovery
• Tabbed Browser
  • 324447 - contents of tab move up a pixel as it closes
  • 324470 - Active tab being wider than other tabs makes it hard to switch tabs
  • 324940 - Close buttons and site icons (favicons) no longer appear in backgrounded tabs unless hovered over
  • 328193 - Tab focus ring / outline not always complete
• Toolbars
  • 323839 - Toolbar overflow causes parts of webpage to bounce and the UI to extend beyond the edge of the screen
  • 311675 - Personal bookmarks disappear if location bar is added to the same toolbar.
